As part of the Murue Farmer Cooperative Society in the Embue region, Kianyanhi factory receives coffee from 950 local farmers. The cherries undergo two density gradings—before fermentation and before washing—using clean water from the Gatomboya stream. The region’s rich volcanic soil and ideal conditions contribute to the coffee’s high-quality acidity and intense sweetness.
We find lots of black tea notes with highlights of blackberry and lemon.
Brew on filter for sweet tea-like beverage, or on espresso for high intensity blackberry!
