Finca Los Cenizos

Finca Los Cenizos is located on a volcanic soil with exotic fauna and flora and natural water spring water. The team working on the farm is made of multi generations of experienced and specialized members. Their focus since 2008 has been on innovation and providing a unique coffee experience while supporting the local community and sustaining exceptional agriculture.

This Geisha coffee is also known under the name Isla.
After being harvested, cherries are fermented for 48 hours in a controlled environment on the farm. They are then dried on raised beds for about 15 days, until it reaches the perfect moisture level.

We find this coffee to be really delicate and clean. It really reminds us of a lime mousse with notes of concord grapes and floral honey.
