Sitio Cajarana

Operated by Paulo Geovani da Silva and his father Paulo Sergio, this red catuai from Sítio Cajarana is a great display of what we look for in our base espresso. With tons of chocolate and hazelnut notes, combined with a hint of tropical fruit - it’s the perfect option. 

Sitio Cajarana pursue quality in their crops, taking classes to learn more and investing further into their practice. The farm spans 33 hectares, with 6.5 hectares dedicated to coffee. Located in Mantiqueira de Minas, it has an average temperature of 20°C and elevations between 950–1100 meters, offering strong potential for quality coffee.
