We roast to order. Our production days are Monday and Thursday. We ship our coffee on Wednesday and Friday. The deadline to place an order for the Monday roast is Sunday at 10 p.m., while the deadline for the Thursday roast is Wednesday at 10 p.m.

Please note that our roastery is closed on weekends.
